Delivery methods

• Standard Delivery — courier partners via Shiprocket (BlueDart, Delhivery, and more). Tracking and shipping labels generated after dispatch.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available on eligible pincodes when enabled at checkout.
• Founder Delivery — handpicked areas where we schedule personal delivery for a premium unboxing experience.

Estimated timelines

• Metro cities: typically 2–4 business days
• Other cities: typically 4–7 business days
• Remote locations: up to 10 business days

Exact estimates appear at checkout based on your pin code and selected method.

Shipping charges

Standard delivery is complimentary on every order across India. No delivery charge is added at checkout.

Tracking

Use Track Order with your order number and phone, or open My Orders when signed in. Courier AWB links appear once the shipment is created.

Delays & issues

Weather, strikes, or incorrect addresses can delay delivery. If something looks stuck, contact [email protected] — we will coordinate with the courier.
