Coverage
Most DIOORA wireless earbuds, headphones, and smartwatches include a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase (or delivery, whichever is later). Specific coverage may vary by product — check the product page and invoice.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Hardware failures under normal intended use
- Battery issues that fall outside normal capacity decline
What is not covered
- Physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs
- Normal wear, cosmetic scratches, or lost accessories
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or third-party modifications
- consumable items unless defective on arrival
How to claim
- Contact support@dioora.com with your order number, product serial (if any), and photos/video of the issue.
- Our team will validate the claim and share next steps (repair, replace, or guide).
- Approved claims are processed as repair or replacement at DIOORA’s discretion.
