2. Who we are
DIOORA is a premium electronics brand founded by Mafizuddin Kamal (Founder) and Nurul Amin (Partner). We sell wireless earbuds, headphones, smartwatches, and related accessories in India.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or using a parent/guardian's consent) to place an order. You agree to provide accurate contact and shipping information.
4. Products & pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- Product images are illustrative; slight variations in finish may occur.
- We may update prices, stock, or offers without prior notice. Confirmed orders keep the price at checkout.
5. Orders & payment
Orders are accepted when payment is verified (or COD is confirmed). We support UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets via Cashfree, and Cash on Delivery where available. We may cancel orders that fail verification or appear fraudulent — with a full refund where payment was captured.
6. Shipping & delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for methods, charges, and Founder Delivery. Risk passes to you upon delivery confirmation.
7. Returns, refunds & warranty
Returns follow our Return Policy. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Manufacturer warranty terms apply as stated on each product.
8. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use DIOORA trademarks without permission.
9. Intellectual property
All branding, product designs, photography, and site content belong to DIOORA or its licensors. You receive a limited license to shop and browse — not to copy or resell our creative assets.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, DIOORA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
